On our memberships

Why we do memberships a little differently, and how they flex around your life.

Client performing a standing lunge on a reformer

Our memberships run as a full year, and we do it that way on purpose. A rolling monthly pass is the norm elsewhere, but genuine change in how you move rarely happens in a fortnight. It comes from turning up week after week, letting your body relearn good habits until they simply become how you move. A full year gives that the room it needs.

Paying monthly keeps it manageable, and the commitment gently keeps you coming back, including on the days you might otherwise talk yourself out of, which tend to be the days you need it most.

To make that consistency effortless, members can hold a recurring space, a standing weekly slot in the class that suits you, saved and booked automatically so your place is always there. The same class, the same time, week after week, with nothing to remember. Prefer to keep things flexible? You can still book class by class, whatever fits your week.

And because life doesn't pause neatly, your membership is built to flex. Everything's managed through our online system, where you can book and adjust your sessions up to three months ahead, so holidays and time away are easy to plan around. Book different classes on different days to suit your week, and if something comes up you can step out of a class up to 24 hours before it starts without losing that session. Depending on your Lifestyle you might come once or twice a week, or most days, within your plan's limits, the rhythm is yours to shape.

And if life changes over your twelve months, you're never left to work it out alone. The ODP team is here to help you manage your attendance, so if things shift, please talk to us first and we'll find a way to make it work.

Each membership runs for 12 months from the date you start, with your sessions to use across that time, subject to your plan's weekly and 4-weekly limits. Payments are taken monthly on a 30-day rolling basis, and cancelling your payments requires a full 30 days' notice, counted from your next due payment date rather than the day you cancel. If you use all of your sessions before the end of the 12-month period, a balancing payment falls due for the remaining payment cycles. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel an individual booked class. Our online system lets you reserve your weekly slot and track your usage.

Membership & pricing FAQs

How much is a reformer Pilates class?

Classes are included in your membership rather than paid for one at a time. Depending on the plan you choose, that works out at around £23 to £30 per session — expert-led, physio-informed and in a small group of no more than four. Everyone begins with a one-to-one introductory session for £33.

Do you offer drop-in or single classes?

Our classes are built around membership, so your instructor can get to know you and progress you safely over time. That said, a single drop-in class is available if you already have reformer experience: you can book one general group class (Level 1, 2 or 3, or a studio/tower class) for £33 through our online booking. It is not suitable for beginners, is not a trial session, and is not a substitute for a private session. New to the reformer? Please start with a one-to-one introductory session instead.

How much is the introductory session?

Your first session is £33 and is always one-to-one. We use it to assess how you move, understand your goals, and get you set up for classes at the right level.

How many classes can I do each month?

It depends on your membership. Lifestyle 1 includes 48 sessions a year (around four a month), Lifestyle 2 includes 72 (around six a month), and Lifestyle 3 includes 96 (around eight a month). Each plan has a minimum of one session a week and a maximum within any four-week period.
