How it works
Sports massage here is booked privately with Annabelle, and each session is built around the person on the table rather than a set routine.
Most people start with an initial consultation. That is a full hour: time to get to know each other, talk through what you do, where it hurts and what you are trying to get back to, and to treat you. You leave with a plan as well as a treatment.
After that you book a treatment whenever you need one, or a block of six if you are working towards something in particular.

Treated by someone who also teaches movement
These are sports massage sessions. What is a little unusual is that Annabelle also teaches in the studio, so alongside finding where tension has settled she is reading how you move, and she can often tell you why it settled there in the first place.
She qualified in 2000 as a Pilates Foundation comprehensive mat and equipment teacher, added Gyrotonic in 2002, and has been working with the technique for over thirty years. You may leave with a thing or two to take away between appointments. That is offered, never imposed.
