Refund policy

This policy explains when refunds apply to sessions, memberships and vouchers at The Old Dairy Pilates. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and does not affect your statutory rights.

Introductory sessions

Your £33 introductory session can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours, or non-attendance, are non-refundable.

Class bookings

You can remove yourself from a booked class up to 24 hours before it starts and keep the session to use another time. Classes cancelled within 24 hours, and missed classes, are not refunded and the session is forfeited.

Memberships

Memberships are a 12-month commitment, so we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. To stop your monthly payments a full 30 days' notice is required from your next due payment date, as payments run on a 30-day rolling basis. If you have used all of your sessions before the 12 months are up, a balancing payment is due for the remaining cycles. If something significant changes – illness, injury or a change in circumstances – please talk to us first, and we will always look at how we can help.

Drop-in classes

Single drop-in classes follow the same rule: cancel at least 24 hours before for a refund or credit; within 24 hours the class is non-refundable.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, but they are transferable and can be used any time before they expire.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer, including any right to cancel that applies under UK consumer law.
